All the products that you will find on our website are buying and selling items. Koukouta.gr is entitled at any time to make changes in prices, products, discounts, etc., without being obliged to inform the Customer.

Liabilities
As a Customer you have the obligation to provide correct and true information (name, address, etc.) for the shipment of the order. In case of providing incorrect information, koukouta.gr is not responsible for the non-receipt or delayed receipt of your order.
Koukouta.gr takes responsibility for the correct shipment of the items of your order (brandname, company, product, quantity, etc.). Every order that is placed is considered and is a purchase agreement between koukouta.gr and the Customer who placed the order.
In case of error in the description, price, availability, design or size of the product, koukouta.gr does not bear any responsibility.
All orders are sent to the Customer accompanied by an invoice or delivery note.
The receipt is sent electronically to the email address you gave us when you registered or placed your order.
Cancellations - Returns
Koukouta.gr has the right to cancel an order in case of incorrect information of the Customer or his non-appearance at the listed address.
The Customer has the option to cancel his order, if it has not been shipped. In case he wants to cancel an order that has already been sent, then he will be charged the shipping costs.
Each purchase can be canceled within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.
For the products for which the change is possible, the change will take place if the Customer sends us the product he wants to change and indicates to us the product he wants to buy.
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Item that was sold with an extra gift (eg 1 + 1 gift) must be returned with the extra gift, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the returned amount. In case there is no availability for an item, the Customer can, if he wishes, choose another one at the same price and with the same characteristics. The Customer is entitled to make changes to his order, provided that koukouta.gr informs about them in a timely manner (before sending the order).
For returns and changes the products must be in their factory packaging, bearing their label and no traces of use.
All our items come out of the warehouse with the packaging in excellent condition.
In case you find that the package you received is in poor condition it is very important to sign the delivery note of the carrier, either on paper or digitally (PDA) "OPTICALLY ABUSED PACKAGE" and to keep pictures where the damage will be clearly visible. This will make the return process easier.
Orders are made in Greek (or alternatively in English) and prices are final in Euros.
The Customer is responsible for his profile and password. In case of violation of the page with a customer code by a third party is obliged to compensate the company.
All terms of use of the website, whether listed or not, are governed by the Consumer Protection Law.
